According to BrickLink and Facebook Lego groups is extremely rare figure, no one has seen transparent / clear technic figure so far. Nobody ever really gave me a specific answer, according to some it is a prototype, according to other test element according to other production waste product from the process of cleaning the injection molding machine. anyway, this figure should not officially exist. This is probably one of the few transparent / clear Technic figure in the world. I asked a question to Lego customer service twice - so far no response ... Thats as much as to the likely history of figure. Figure is in very good condition with no visible damage or scratches, ( as on pics ) according to me it looks like a new ... for sale is the transparent / clear one ONLY , color figure for comparison only. The shipping cost is only an estimate , may vary depending on the final price , for the present moment is a tracked parcel with insurance up to ? 200 . If cost of the package will lower ,refunded differences.

A figurine collector has checked the figurine , said that definitely can not be considered as false. But it does not work exactly the same as the remaining / official / figures, most of moving joints work hard and some too little. anyway according to him, this condition is acceptable for such a rare object of unknown purpose/ read - prototype, test or waste produkt/ . ”
