我们期待看到具有强烈的设计理念，不拘泥于常规的，但却具备分析设计能力的候选人。该候选人可以持续的将中国文化以及个人经验融合在一起以实现发掘更多可以进行产品本土化的机会。
该候选人必须拥有优秀的素描技能或具备高水准的3D或Adobe软件的应用能力。 您将会需要做出漫画脚本，海报，包装或其它能实现玩具玩耍体验的设计作品。另外，您还需可以通过乐高颗粒传达并实现想法。
候选人需具备独立工作能力并且能够成为一个开放，创新和跨国团队里的一名优秀成员。 对产品开发，您需要能应对最后一刻的改变并且适应紧张快速的工作节奏。英语流利不是必需的条件却是加分条件。 来加入乐高吧，不要错过这个可以帮你实现在充满乐趣和创意的环境工作的机会！
候选人可以是设计、艺术或者相关学科领域的近期毕业生或者相关领域的专业人士。
所需技能：
• 对玩具或者设计具有强烈的热情
• 了解玩具市场及其细化分类
• 具备理念化新玩具产品和玩耍体验的能力以提高乐高的市场竞争力
• 卓越的素描以及绘画能力
• 熟练使用Photoshop和illustrator软件
• 有3D模型和CAD (RHINO)经验

You will work with a dynamic team in Future Lab responsible for identifying, creating and developing exciting new play concepts and toys rooted in the core values of LEGO. Follow a process that allows for experimentation to deliver customized business models for new customers and markets that will have great impact on The LEGO Group mission and growth agenda. Applicants are expected to be strong conceptual thinkers with the capacity to think “out of the box” whilst displaying an analytical approach to design. Be constantly inspired and motivated to tap into the Chinese culture and own experiences to translate ideas into opportunities for localized product offerings. Individuals must possess excellent sketching skills or demonstrate a high level of competence in 3D tools and Adobe based programs. You will contribute in delivering story-boards, posters, packaging solutions and other supporting play materials. In addition, have the desire to express and realize ideas through LEGO® bricks. You should be able to work independently and also be an excellent team player who thrives in an open-minded, innovative and international environment. Fundamental to product development, you are able to cope with last minute changes and adhere to tight deadlines in fast pace work situations.
